At GTS Builders Supply, we stand behind the quality of our building materials and home improvement products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Materials
Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all hardware or documentation. Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized shipping center, or bring the items directly to our local supply yard for immediate processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
